The Regular contract is for minimum of 3 months, during the regular contract you will be receiving the same cleaner who will know the cleaning needs of your property. We offer as well housekeepers that are able to do more than just cleaning of your property.

Office Cleaning

Office cleaning is offered on regular basis 24/7 for your convenience. We can provide the cleaner or a cleaning team at a convenient time not to disturb the operation of your business. Should you require us to bring the cleaning materials and equipment we can do so as well. We offer additional services for your office including carpet cleaning, window cleaning and floor buffing and polishing. For larger offices we offer complete services in terms of Facilities Management.

Tenancy Cleaning

End of tenancy cleaning in London is carried by our tenancy cleaning teams who know the ins and outs of a thorough tenancy cleaning. We can be booked for tenancy by the tenants, by the landlord or by an Estate Agency. We have long standing Experience with inventory clerks and Estate Agents who regularly turn to us for a professional cleaning.

Estate Agency Services

We provide complete service for Estate Agencies including throughout tenancy cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, changing of extractor fan filter, changing of light bulbs. We offer account opening with us for Estate Agencies which provides discounted prices, credit account with single monthly invoicing, priority bookings and short notice services.

After Builders Cleaning

After builders cleaning services is offered to both residential and larger commercial properties. In after builders cleaning, we concentrate on the issues regarding the cleaning of specific items such as removal of paint drops, removal of builders dust, cleaning and polishing all the items in the property. We work alongside builders and coordinate the work to be able to finish on time and have a presentable site.

Carpet Cleaning

E&D Cleaning Services has 4 dedicated carpet cleaning teams and we do over 176 carpet cleaning jobs per month. We use the latest and most professional carpet cleaning machines to provide an outstanding service. We use only Eco friendly and bio-degradable detergents to get your carpets freshened up. Our carpet cleaning services includes upholster and rug cleaning as well. We work 24 /7 and if your office space needs carpet cleaning no problem for us to do it during the night.

Rubbish Removal

Our services have now expanded to included rubbish removal. We have 2 trucks that service our clients and at this point we concentrate on domestic and commercial rubbish excluding builders waste and medical waste.
